      Sp questions

So I went into sp for the first time a few days ago I couldn't move my head got scared and freaked out. So I tied to move it and eventually did. Then another night I couldn't move anything and got out of it as fast as I could again. What do I do when I get to this point. Thanks!

Hi Dacher..just go with the flow...don't get scared it will hinder you ...I used to freak out totally untill i realised this is a pathway to having a lucid dream...it takes a while , but you WILL get past this fear. I had the worst end of it..my SP was awfull but then instead of fearing it I welcomed it..now when I go into SP i get the "swooshing" noise and say in my head "i'm lucid dreaming" over and over this in turn has put me into a positive state and I no longer ger the awfull hypnogogic hallucinations that I used to , now it's more like I can see only black and it's like a tunnell..i may hear laughing, talking or screaming but it soon goes, nothing can harm you, you are safe...and as corny as this sounds, send love out to whatever it is..but do not fear it...it is all pretend, just hallucinations, laugh at it, believe me it does get funny sometimes..but the only way you will get past it is to accept it and just go with the flow..relax through it and enjoy it..it will get easier each time you try and you WILL learn to love it...gets you lucid and then you can do what the hell you want..have fun with it ...PM me if you want to talk more good luck

Relax. You're about to LD. Enjoy the signs, many people have a hard time reaching that point.

Hi there my friend. First of all, when you experience an SP, just be calm and just go with the flow just like what angie746 said. It may kinda take around a couple of seconds up to 3 or 5 minutes. Always try to think that when you're experiencing SP,you're near "Dream Land". After a couple of times of SP, you'll get the hang of it. Hope this helps
