OK so i used to be into LDing but after a while i stopped completely and lost interest. Now i want to begin again. First id like to list what i do every night before sleep.

I usually go to sleep at 11:00 PM Eastern time. I watch TV till about 11:00. After i go to sleep.

Any tips for better recall or anything i should do? for example not watch TV 1 hour before bed?

Basically i want every single tip for dream recall as possible.
