Hi and welcome to DV, I think Arch has just about said it all, so do all that and see how you get on, also remember when you do a reality check in the day and you ask yourself "am i dreaming" dont say NO as this will follow on in your dreams and when you are dreaming and you do a check you will automatically tell yourself NO and fail a LD |

"But if this is only a dream, does it follow, one day must we wake up? But if this is only a dream, I could just..."
2 fails? No such thing. Not even a night without dreams is a fail. It may sound just like a confidence boost, but every time you just fall asleep knowing about lucid dreaming is a step forward. Of course it's a tiny step, but people do have lucid dreams just from knowing about them. So you do move forward with just the knowledge. |
