      Needing some help

Hey my name David I recently found out about everything you can do with lucid dreaming I've been practicing dream recall I have a notes app on my I pod I've been writing them down I. The morning I do wake up during the night but fall back asleep I try and do normal reality checks I've prolly been at it for about 5 days haven't had a lucid dream yet wonderin if I could get some really good tips I been researching things but they all say the same thing anything new or just plain ole helpful??

Just keep trying, it took me about a month before I had my first. You could try binaural beats but the effects vary from person to person. The best tip I can give you for now is: Don't give up!

Hey there my friend. It's kinda natural to have no LDs for the first few days. It took me around 2 weeks to have my first LD. I suggest you just keep up attempting and I'm sure that you'll have your first LD in no time.

Be patient, young grasshopper, practice and they will come

But in all seriousness, I think when I first started it took me like 3 weeks? Keep up your RC's, and make sure you really stick to your dream journalling and you'll find that one night you'll have a spontaneous lucid It could come tomorrow, it could come in a week, but it will come

Just keep at it man! It has taken me two years to actually really start having good awareness in lucid dreams as my first ones really weren't that official. Also when you do reality checks you need to be aware when you do them and know that in a dream what will happen. I mean, don't do them half minded, you need to know why you are doing them and really focus on them. Otherwise you could just get too used to them not working and doing them half minded that you they will likely have the same effect in dreams as they do in real life.

So just keep at it and be aware when you do reality checks to sum everything up. Good luck sir! Happy dreaming!

P.s I type up my dreams on my Ipod as well, pretty handy huh?

Let's just say, Dream Sharing's kinda like online mode or multiplayer mode in the field of lucid dreaming. When you dream share, you're not just having an LD by yourself, but together with another person. Therefore both of you is inside one single dream which both of you can talk with each other, manipulate and explore the dreamscape at the same time. Some folks here claims it's true while others doesn't. It depends on how the person believes in it. Hope this helps
