Journaling can take months to boost recall so don't worry much about it right now, about staying in the dream any kind of stabilization will do the trick, also, you can start with whatever you have and start gluing the pieces together in order to remember, that is if you remember before the dream sets. |

If you can't remember the dream then it's likely you need to increase your Dream Recall. This can be done by noting down your dreams in the morning, and if you want fully writing them down in the day. I have also heard but not tried using mantras to remember dreams, for example before you go to sleep repeat "I'm remembering my dreams", keep it present tense and first person. |

Well, there is a Dream Journal section of this website that you can write in anytime. Up on the top, there is a button that says "Dream Journals". Click on it, then on the right of the browser, there should be a button that says "Create DJ entry"... or something like that. Knock yourself out! |
