How should I be familiar with that if I even haven’t got my first lucid dream. Don’t I have to go through the steps of recalling dreams, Discover dreamsigns and Recognize dreamsigns to be able to do reality checks?

Same here, I don’t know how to do tha since I don’t know what its like to lucid dream :S
9. I’ve read something about drinking water before going to bed, but don’t remember why and how that worked. Would someone like to explain this to me please?

Ok guys. That’s all for now. Only read about WBTB and MILD. Don’t know if I will continue with WBTB if I cant fall asleep again. But I need your advise for this. If it means that I should wake up after 4.5h then its no problem because then I defenitly know that I can fall asleep again, but if it means that I should sleep 8h and then try to sleep again then I probably cant to it. I think I wild stick to MILD because I like the routines for it. The success from it is not as important as the routines I get from it. Ireally want to get into the habit of getting rid of everything that I have on my mind from the day and to meditate before going to bed.
