Hello everyone!
I've been lurking around DreamViews for a few months now, and I just made an account today. So far I've had 1 lucid dream, and sadly it only lasted about 5-10 seconds, as I was so happy I woke up. Sadly, this was a few months ago, and I had stopped trying to Lucid Dream for some time.
I recently picked it back up though, and so I thought I'd come back and put 100% of my effort towards achieving lucidity. I've been writing in my normal journal before bed to clear my mind, and I was keeping up on my dream journal, but I've been remembering less and less lately, probably because I haven't been writing in it. I have been practicing some of the techniques such as WBTB, and MILD, so far with no success. Today I was reading about All Day Awareness and I like the idea as well as the results that I have seen others get, so I will start to try that beginning tonight. So far, I've only really read Naiya's guide, so if there are any other guides that are as helpful as hers was please link them in this thread. Also, in case there is anything important that I should be looking at or anything that you've had success with to induce lucid dreams on a constant basis please let me know.
