This sounds great and should you have you right on your way to having LDs but don't be disappointed if you can't remember 3 dreams a night. Some people who have been doing this for a while (myself included) only recall 1-2 dreams a night, sometimes none. There's also times when I remember nearly a dozen though . Also, I would suggest trying MILD (saying "I will lucid dream tonight") first thing. MILDs can be preformed in conjunction with other techniques since it is rather simple and does not interfere with a WILD or DILD.
Also, don't swap techniques after only a few days or a week. It takes several weeks/a couple months for you to be sure if the technique if right or not for you so you're going to want to stick with it for at least some time. One of the most important things to remember when it comes to LDing is being patient and persevering, but to always keep a positive mindset. If you keep this in mind then you will start having LDs in no time
