I'm trying to plan out my future in lucid dreaming. I thought I would start by reaching the point of recalling one dream per night. I will use a dream journal which I will use until I can remember about 3 dreams a night.

Then I was going to tell myself "I will lucid dream tonight!" every time I exhale until I fall asleep. If I wake up In the middle of the night I'll perform a DEILD.

Next I'm going to use Puffin's SAT method to gain awareness in dreams.

Then I'll prob work on WILDS and figure out the rest from there

So is this a good plan? If not what should I change. And feel free to leave any tips about dream recall DEILD or well anything that could help me achieve my first LD or will help me in the long run. Thank you all you guys have an great forum going on here. Dream on
