Hello. Im Clyphe and im new to lucid dreaming. I have known and read about lucid dreaming, but I have a few questions that I can only trust in real time. First off, I have only one dream before which involved chocolate covered taco shells and me screaming at my brother asking if this was a dream or not and woke up soon after that since I was pretty scared. Anyways, the main reason why I am here is because I want to have one again. The experience was obviously incredible; I actually had control. Now, I have read "how-tos" but I would really like tips from people who have actually experienced this and has their own techniques. I would also like to know if these techniques need to be done everytime before you can go to sleep, or if you get used to it. All help is appreciated, thanks! |
