Welcome back to Dreamviews! What are you going to try to get lucid again? I'm sure you will get back on track and start to get lucid soon If you have any questions about things you may have forgot, please ask!

Probably WILD and a method I created which is a type of DILD. Basically I imagine when I'm awake that I'm actually dreaming, and just became lucid. The theory being this situation will repeat itself in a dream. Also I have an app on my phone that senses vibrations from your movement during the night to make a graph of your sleep cycles. Its designed to determine a good time to set an alarm clock since you aren't awoken during a deep sleep phase. I think its also perfect to determine when would be a good time to attempt a WILD (right before a REM phase right?)

WILD's have always frustrated me. I lay there waiting for something to happen, and it never does. I just give up and go back to sleep.

I know you're not new to LDs but I didn't want to merge these into the Going Somewhere or Returning thread. This is a more effective place for this post.

Welcome back! Let us know if we can be of any help!
