New LDer. So easy!

After watching Inception for the third time I decided I wanted to give lucid dreaming a real try. I was amazed when I had my first LD within a week! I had 2 more the following week. The only problem is I kept waking up! 2 nights ago I had my first fully controllable lucid dream!! I flew, summoned a celebrity, turned a small building into a skyscraper!! Amazing stuff!!

Welcome to the forum! Waking up is a common problem with lucid dreams. A lot of vivid dreams that we recall tend to occur near the end of our sleep cycles. Thanks for all the input! I just started reading about lucid dreaming about a month ago. This last LD I just had, I did take the time to stabilize it, I think that made a huge difference! To answer the technique question: MILD, I am working on WILD and getting really close!

So, what did you do with that celebrity?

That was actually an accident. I was getting ready to fly, but I wanted to stop and stabilize the dream first. While I was doing that I suddenly remembered what I heard a guy say in a LD youtube video, about how he had his way with Megan Fox. Suddenly she was there, sitting at a table. I thought about it for a second, but just didn't want to go 'there' yet. I know I'll probably get a lot of crap for that. Lol!!
