Hey man welcome to DV

I will tell you one thing that will explain all your experiences so far....SP is one big grey area! The feelings and experience of SP varies from person to person, some people have vibrations, some spinning, some pain etc etc.
Your first attempt when you
had moved your head was likely because you were losing focus on your body and were just involuntarily moving, it happens to me every now and then, don't worry that doesn't happen once you learn how to WILD.
Now to clear up a misconception, you actually never consciously reach SP in an average WILD attempt, what you are feeling is the effect of your body trying to fall alseep and therefor while it does provide a solid marker to show how close you are to falling into a dream, you never actually reach full paralysis and in a WILD attempt you shouldn't be aiming to induce SP. It's important to just go along with your body falling asleep and paying more attention to reaching or visualizing the dream scene and paying almost no focus on your body falling asleep.
