Red face Hello, from another new person to tug on your brain. :D

      Hiyas.
So, I'm Bells. I'm 19, and have been trying to Lucid Dream for ages.
I think I'm getting there. I can remember my dreams. I can -sometimes- change a tiny bit, or look back in the direction I want to, as of the past week, when asking my Faerie guides (Oracle deck).
But what's having me stuck, is I can't visualize.
I was laying in bed last night, I was getting very close and my body wasn't feeling anything. Normally, it gets all twitchy and uncomfortable. But I can't shut off my eyes. As soon as something starts to appear, my eyes look at it, and it goes.
      How do I stop that?
And when I realize I'm dreaming, all over again, my eyes look at something, and it goes..
My mother dearest can visualize with her eyes open.. She took all my ability. :p

But back to introduction.. I'm not very interesting. xD I'm still learning life, looking for work, and being socially awkward.
I have a beautiful beat up, multicolored car, some beautiful mares, a cat, and bird!
I'd probably say I'm going crazy, as I talk to my animals. And argue. And ask questions. And ask them to help me.. Anyways..

Hello and welcome Bells try visualizing with your eyes open whilst listening to music, and the room lighting being dim. Good luck on your lucid and visualizing goals

      Thank you.
(Have to say I love that movie.)

How dim would you say? I've never been able to get close to seeing anything with them open. I've tried so much, on and off for the past year. It's always been something that annoyed me.
I can taste, smell, and feel things that aren't there.. But I can't see. xD

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

First, there is no need to visualize. Later, if you feel like it, you may try. But it's not critical you do that.

It sounds like you are trying to WILD. I would recommend to start with DILD technique. Any way you decide, here are some links to help you out. If you need help, just ask. Happy dreams.
