My Introduction + LD practice

Hello!

I figured that since I just joined this site, I’d list my current LDing practices, and why I do them.
This is my first time being on a forums site, so sorry if I miss anything important. I’d like to go over mindset, but I don’t really have the time to list everything I’ve got.

———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ————

DAYPRACTICE

8:00-9:00 AM - At this time, there’s 2 different things I might do:

If I had a lucid dream, I write it down in my dream journal and get up for the morning, and not doing the practice stated at 10:30-11:00 AM.
If I didn’t have a lucid dream, I sleep for another few hours and head onto the next step.

10:30-11:00 AM - If I still don’t wake up to a lucid dream, I log my regular dreams on my device, and get up for the day.

INBETWEEN - Throughout the time period of last step to the next step, I do self-awareness (as shown here) practices as often as possible.

3:00 PM - I take time to reassess how well I did on the self-awareness practice. How many hours of practice did I get in?

INBETWEEN - The same thing as before, doing the same self-awareness, and trying to remember to do it as often as I can.

10:00 PM - I reassess once again, and add up how much time I practiced self-awareness. I’ll see if I beat my goal of 5+ hours a day.

NIGHTPRACTICE

12:00 AM - This time is usually the time I go to sleep. I do the regular MILD intent setting, maybe read some pages of ETWOLD, and that’s pretty much it.

3:00 AM - I awaken to my alarm at this time, and once again do the MILD intent setting. I also write down dreams if applicable.

5:00 AM - I have another alarm at this time (I do multiple WBTBs a night) to do another round of intent setting. Like always, write down dreams.

7:00 AM - My final WBTB alarm? The same thing as the other times, I don’t need to really put anything here.

———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ———— ————

And that wraps up the main points of my practices for lucid dreaming. It’s nothing special, I just decided to put some of these things here in my introduction.
I came here from the Dream Café discord server, and have been pursuing lucidity for about 5 months now. I’m almost at 30 lucids, I lost count tbh.
My future goals for LDing include:
-Going into my Persistent Realm daily.
-Having one long dream through the whole night.
-Becoming omnilucid with WILD techniques.

That’s the end of this post, sweet dreams!
