      Red face Hello!!

      Hi!

I'm (a) Phantom Thief and am glad to have found this community. I don't know If it's very active but I'll stick to it because it has a lot of useful info and a lot of posts about people's experiences.

I started a year ago practising to successful Astral Project but with no luck. Later then I found Michael Raduga, watched his seminars and performed his techniques to AP. After a few days I randomly had my first lucid dream which was hyperealistic and since then I wanted to learn how to lucid dream.

Unfortunately, I stopped trying because I had many non realistic dreams and thought it was too hard for me when I just needed to do deepening! (I didn't pay attention to the seminars then it seems, silly me).

Now I have returned with full determination to learn to LD and I'm excited to share my experiences with you along the way!
      Hope we get along!

Hey PhantomThief, welcome to Dreamviews! I would recommend looking into MILD and WILD to successfully induce some lucid dreams. Stephen Laberge developed MILD some decades ago. It has a favorable success rate and seems to work for a good number of people. He has a book titled Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming which goes over MILD as well as other techniques. It's definitely worth a read if you're going to delve into lucid dreaming. It's not the only good book, of course, but is considered one of the must reads from my understanding.

Best wishes to you on your LD journey

      Hey Phantom welcome!
Great to hear about your experiences with astral projection, which I have tried but not with much success..Only through LD I could travel into deeper realms. It's a long journey!
