      I can tell you my results
      I was listning to Brainwave beats the hole night and dreamed about super heroes for some reason.
      Then I see someone who is flying and I look at my arm to do a reality check.
      I see an L but its blurry and then i try to breath under water and realise i am dreaming.
      Unfortunately I get to happy and wake up ... but it was my first Lucid Dream
      Sorry for my english. I am 15 years old and I am from Sweden
