Yeah, you can force a WILD just by constantly thinking, "Why hasn't my LD started yet?" in the middle of your meditative state. You probably started to feel sleep paralysis- but if you get full on SP you will more than likely know. Anyways, most people don't do very well WILding in a nap. Some people can do great with this technique, but it isn't often.
