Forgot my dreams because the phone rang and i picked up =( I remember a fragment of it but sadly not all of it

seriously still obsessing over these books. Don't know what to do. I spent like 2 hours yesterday looking up other books that I could read <________<

Do it, they're good. The characters are really well developed, there's a good amount of action, thrill, romance, drama.

Reading Alyzarin's DJ entry and my DJ Entry, we had another shared dream together.

She saw me and I saw her, but I didn't know it was her lol.

Fml...BUT at least we're getting closer and closer, but still!!! Damn non-lucid dreams. :<

I wish I couldn't remember my dream...but I do, so I'll write it down soon.

My son is home from the scout campout, and we hadn't even left the car before he starts getting grumpy with me and arguing. AARRRRR! (I'm a pirate apparently)

And he smells.

Ugh... I know all about smelly sons, but mine doesn't have an excuse. Well, I guess not having but 2 pairs of clothes kind of counts

I also sympathize with those with crappy recall. I had some decent dreams but lately I've been getting up too quickly so I can take the pup outside and I end up forgetting them.

As for The Hunger Games, my oldest daughters Case Worker at her facility highly recommended the series. In her opinion, they're as good as if not better than the Cave of the Clan Bear series (the first being my all time favorite book ever).
I bought the first one and my son read it and liked it, but I haven't gotten around to reading it yet. I probably wont until I get all of them.

I'm ranting because Vlashki is making way too much noise. I uncovered them when I woke up and he's going at one of his high pitched twitters.
It's also snowing outside. I love snow but this stuff is just a tease.

I'm way hungry.

I hate being indecisive.

Someone just bring me food. Please.

My brother is a lame excuse for an individual. He eats like 5 different snack foods including chips and dip, ice cream and fried rice and leaves all of the remains on the couch or on the table next to the couch like a slob. This was about 3 hours ago.

I just told him to clean it up for the 3rd time and he finally gets his ass up and sloppily puts the dishes and food away. He grabs the bowl with the remains of rice that he did not eat, dumps it into the trash, and goes to put the bowl in the dishwasher.

I notice that he dumped rice all over the floor by accident, so I say "You dumped rice all over the floor. DON'T STEP ON IT"

He's wearing his crocs that he wears to school inside the house, because he just doesn't give a damn about carpet or anything but himself.

He replies "there's no rice to step on", without looking and continues to walk along, unphased.

I run to physically stop him before he steps on it.

"YOU DON'T TOUCH ME", he yells in his angry voice

"I'm trying to keep you from stepping on the rice"

"YOU DON'T TOUCH ME. I DON'T CARE WHAT IS HAPPENING, YOU COULD TRY TELLING ME INSTEAD OF SHOVING ME"

I did tell you.

"NO YOU DIDN'T."

"No, I told you: don't step on the rice"

"NO YOU DIDN'T"

"Yes I did. You responded, saying: there's no rice on the floor"

"THAT NEVER HAPPENED. YOU DON"T TOUCH ME"

I remember having to cope with a mentally challenged kid one time. I tried to understand his situation, but he just....ugh. I just wanted to punch him because he caused so much stress for me whenever he would come into my room and see me play video games with some children I had to take care of while the adults party it up

in less then a week i go from living in my rental place to living on the streets. then staying at a resort hotel. now i'm in the bronx,ny staying with relatives.

in a week or two, i go back to florida and from there who knows.

I nearly ran over two dozen people trying to navigate the crowded streets of my neighborhood when I went to pick my son up from Aikido a few blocks away. The streets are crowded because of the Annual Zilker Park Kite Flying Contest, which is going on down the hill from me. I posted some pics in the Post Pics Of Your Everyday life thread.

I love living here, this is a great location, but every damn concert or festival means people fill the neighborhood and park in front of everyone's house, and when everything is over perhaps as many as five percent will leave trash along the road where they parked. That's gotten a lot better than it used to be years ago but it's still annoying to find beer cans in the yard after people have staggered home or to their cars. It's a mile-and-a-half to the park and people are going to park here by my house.

Look for me to make this same rant in October, during the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

I'm so full that my eyes are watering and I feel like I might barf. But it was totally worth it, that cheesecake was amazing. Food coma now....

I'm right there with you. I had beef fajita tacos, with big chunks of grilled onions and peppers. I smothered them with pico and added salsa. I then filled up on chips and queso and decided to have a Coke to wash everything down. Now I'm beyond full and it hurts, but it tasted oh so good.

That sounds so good, I wish I could eat even more. After all that decadence my taste buds hunger for something with a bit more substance. T-T

I'm about to cook dinner, and I doubt I'll even eat any. I'm very full.

I would love some good cheesecake right now. Just because I'm full doesn't mean I have no cravings.

Need my mom's cheesecake now.

I had The Cheesecake Factory's 30th anniversary cheesecake, layered original cheesecake and chocolate cake, with this big chocolatey flowery thing on top and crunchy bits all up and down the back. It was mind-meltingly good. But I really wish I had some regular food now....

Why did you eat so much right before cooking dinner?

God those troll pictures of food I posted made me hungry...

I ate back around 1:30 this afternoon. I'm still full. They're pretty hefty tacos, especially with all the pico and salsa I added.

Hunger Games. Manga/ Graphic Novels aren't my thing.
