All I know is that rent is pretty high in Vancouver but it's pretty good in neighboring cities like Surrey. Surrey's also ranked third (might not be exactly third but I remember it being high on the list) in the country on the list of best job climates in the country so that's a plus. I live in Surrey so that's a big plus as well.

As for the weather, it all depends on where you are. The west coast is pretty mild, it's not too hot nor too cold although it might be hard for you to get used to the winters. it rains a fair bit but again, it depends on which part of BC you're in. The middle of the country's a different story though, the summers are hot and winters are cold as fuck. I don't know much aboot the east coast except that they talk a little funny over there, eh?
Hmmmm. Marijuana ey?.... BC it is. Hehe, that was a major point for Canada.

So going by you and Spartiate's info, central Canada is probably the least awesome place due to it's dullness?

That's good, so maybe I could work on a farm for the rest of the time, and in winter just get maybe a part time job and go explore on days off.
I really want to see different places in nature, not interested as much in the cities (not that I hate them or anything), so maybe that could work since farmland is so close.

Thanks for the heads up. What about public transport there?

      I'll assume that's a euphemism. Don't worry, I'm comin' for ya baby.
