There's a site called A Web Magazine For People Who Like Stuff - DudeIWantThat.com, which shows off all of these crazy and ingenious gadgets and novelties, that you don't really see very often - if at all. It got me to wondering how many other crazy, obscure items are out there, that people would just look at and say "OMG DUDE I WANT THAT!" So post some of your own.
