about 6-7oz almond milk, 5-6oz of cold coffee (made earlier today then put in the fridge), chocolate protein powder, and some coffee ice cubs.
it'd be better if I had a hand blender to crush up the ice into a smoothy-like consistency. was gonna pick one up today, but didn't realized they're so expensive! ugh, I'll still get one eventually.

delicious! woke me up far more than my previous coffee concoction.
it's apples, cucumbers, and ginger. easy! i want to try more recipes with ginger now. it really gives the drink a kick!

Food: Organic, grass-fed 3/4 pound bacon cheeseburger with a thick slice of Vidalia onion and rosemary olive oil fries topped with organic ketchup and vacuum-dried onion and garlic.



Drinks: 3 ice cold Grolsch flip-tops. (not pictured)

Wok stirred pork and vegetables with boiled rice. Delicious!

Pasta Puttanesca. I've been wanting to make this for ages, but I never seem to have capers and olives and anchovies on hand. But I made an effort this time and it was worth it (plus I love the little back story on the dish):

Oatmeal with raisins and milk. It's easy to make, it tastes good, it's cheap, and it keeps me going for 4-5 hours.

More of my favorite food: Ribeye!
I prefer it on the grill, but pan-fried with peppers and onions ain't bad neither!

The most important part of any meal!

OMG!

Jambalaya! i spilled some rice on the stove... but everything was homemade (and the sausage came from a butcher in our tiny little country town.)
