I kind of hope this Mayweather vs. Lee bit is a joke. Bruce Lee was unnaturally fast. I've seen him in slow-mo doing moves that I couldn't hope to block.

I was joking around about Bruce Lee flat out sucking in all ways, and of course he was a great fighter, but I really do believe professional boxers would tear him to shreds. It is far more difficult to land a kick than it is to land a punch. That is why kick boxing ended up requiring at least one kick per so many minutes. People were not kicking enough because punches have a far better success rate. Bruce Lee could not kick Mike Tyson or Muhammad Ali in the face. He could not punch them either. Also, one punch from one of them would be the end of the fight.

I was being comical at first and didn't mean to start a debate. I don't want to destroy SILOX's thread, so I will start a thread on Lee vs. boxers.

I'm not sure I have any heroes, really. I have cool people I look up to, but no real 'heroes'.

I keep reading this as "Who has your herpes"... and I am not even kidding.

I have none. I have inspirations and people I respect, but no one I could regard as a hero.

David Ellefson, for his awesome skill with pickstyle bass playing. Cliff Burton, for his diverse range of sick bass FX sounds. (And both combined for their knowledge of music theory, which have been crucial to the development of Megadeth and Metallica, respectively.)

The Angry Video Game Nerd...because it was very boring around the house before I started watching him.

And there are too damn many other inspirations to count as far as those who have influenced my writing goes.

Yeah, I hate arcade games ever since I saw a game called house of the dead in a movie theater when I went I was like 7 and with my dad. It also gave me my fear of zombies.

It's been sooooo long, and that thing is still there, even though I moved, lol. There's a room in the theater full of some awesome arcade games, like one where you form the simpsons family and multiplayer to save the little baby.
