I'll give the Theta.mp3 a try on repeat alongside other techniques etc. I'll report back if its good, thanks for the upload |

So recently I've been using Gnaural and Audacity to make Binaural beats, and I figured I'd share them with the community. I've had more success with these than any that I've found online. Right now they are pretty basic, but I plan on making more in the future. All of the beats have pink noise; all beats have a carrier frequency of 250hz that slowly drops to 175hz when the oscillations begin. |

Oh and one suggestion is "subliminal messages" is something people look into, if you read up on that and then maybe mix it in within binaural beats that would be really cool to try out. |
Awesome! Hope you enjoy it. It might not do so well to put it on repeat because it will go back to 15hz at the beginning, if you want to listen to it for longer you might wanna skip past the first 10minutes the 2nd time around. I might post some 10minute clips of just the desired frequency without the intro later on. |

dont want to infect the thread with tech. problems but the quick media player wont work.... |
nvm buddy i got it working... |
do you know how to make the ones that are different sound in each ear to make you hear a beat? |
i dont kno if i geet a chance to try it. i woke up this morning and my download wasnt working and the redownload isnt working and now im trying to change to the theta... sigh |
I was awake so long i couldnt get back to sleep. Stress of getting new download made my mind go crazy with thoughts. :-] |
Which one should i chose? And how do we use them? |
Depends on what you want it for. The Alpha and Theta ones are good for meditation. The Delta is great for putting you to sleep. I listen to it every night and some nights I fall asleep with the earbuds still in my ears. |

Hi LikesToTrip; |

I actually use Gnaural for the binaural beats. I use audacity afterwards for minor changes and to convert to mp3. And making Binaural beats specifically for lucid dreaming would just be experimentation to see what works for you. I like repeating a mantra to Delta beats. But you could possibly make a track to sleep to that slowly descends to delta, and then raises to alpha later on to help raise awareness in the dream and possibly become lucid. Think of something you think might work and try it out! If you make a track that works for you, you should definitely share it! As far as APing I don't believe in it xD. You'll have to ask someone on the Beyond Dreaming forum. |

Thank you. |

You should try creating isochronic tones. They're more effective above 1.5 hz frequency. There's a little drawback, they have to be clearly audible (unlike binaural beats), which means it's better to skip white noise and leave them pure. |
Yea, I've done a little bit with Isochronics, but they aren't as pleasant to listen to in my opinion. I plan on putting up some more tracks soon. I was planning on including some Isochronics. In Gnaural to switch from Binaural to Isochronic you just have to change a setting so it won't be any extra work. |
I've changed some stuff up a bit. I've changed the set up so the files aren't quite as big, you can loop the frequency and you don't have to worry about skipping the intro, and I've made the Carrier Frequency higher which makes it easier to hear the frequency you are entraining to(the 'wawawa' sound your brain creates when listening to them is actually distinguishable whereas before it was ambiguous). |
Suggestion: Make 2 intro isochronics. One for Alpha and the other one for Theta. It's a bit of a hassle to change tracks on-demand and meditation should go uninterrupted for as long as possible. Anyway, gonna go test. |
Either way you're going to have to press the repeat button when it switches to the looping track which will be an interruption. The carrier frequency changes though when you start the looping track. I re-realized this last night; I'll fix it later tonight. I really like the theta track. I've listened to it a couple nights now and gotten some weird imagery both times. |
which is the best for a wild? |
Probably Theta either Binaural or Isochronic. I've never used it for that though so I don't know how well it worked. But in REM you're brain is a mix of alpha/theta waves, and theta is easier to fall asleep to. I fell asleep last night listening to Theta Isochronic and woke up 3 hours later and finally turned it off xD. |
Also, i think that you have found a nearly perfect balance for isochronic tones themselves and the pink noise. Clearly audible, but still possible to listen. |
