On day 1, I took B-complex with 100 mg of B6 at around 2pm, and that night had 3 very long, super detailed and little more vivid regular dreams, than normally. They were so detailed, I didn't even write down everything, I felt like I could be writing forever.
On day 2, I took the same dose in the morning, and didn't have any long or detailed regular dreams, in fact, my recall may have been little worse.
Day 3, I took it at 3pm, and again, no detailed or long dreams.
Next, I'll take it at bedtime together with choline.

The risk of nerve damage increases with doses of 200 mg per day or more, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. The risk is greatly increased at doses of 500 to 1,000 mg per day. To reduce the risk of nerve damage, the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine has set a tolerable upper intake level of 100 mg per day. Taking less than 100 mg per day will minimize your risk of developing sensory neuropathy caused by vitamin B-6.
