First off, sleep aids ARE NOT to be used on a regular basis. They can easily become addicting and cause future problems. Take them only if you need them. |

Any sleep-aid (including Melatonin) can be habit-forming and addictive. After continued use, your body starts depending on it for sleeping and falling asleep. Yes, it's purposely mild dosage for this reason. DO NOT take more than one, thats all you need. I'm breaking the habit of continued use atm. Any question? PM me. |

My results were not the same as yours, actually they were the opposite. I took it one day when I shouldn't because I was able to sleep normal. My dose was a 3mg pill which made me the following effects: |
