Onnit Labs Alpha Brain, Lucid ENHANCER, Joe Rogan.

Theres this product called Alpha Brain produced by Onnit Labs, it increases Mental Focus and Drive, Mental Performance, Awareness, Function and more. It also makes REM sleep faaar more intense which is awesome and what i wanto talk about, iv orderd some in and am still waiting for arrival. Joe Rogan and his Podcast have supported it and Joe himself has nothing but good to say about it, also saying that he has incerdibly vivid, like next level dreams. The product its self actually advertises as a lucid enhancer on top of its other beneficial effects.

So yeah, any thoughts, input. Anyone tried it? Thanks

i used it for a month, i noticed a change in my dreams within the first day. much more vivid!

I'm a big fan of Joe Rogan and the whole Deathsquad family (love Duncan Trussell the most). I went through a bottle of Alpha Brain, but didn't think it was worth continuing. If you want to get the dream effects without buying the expensive Alpha Brain, I'm pretty sure you can accomplish this by taking AlphaGPC (or most forms of choline) with Huperzine A. Add some DMAE and a B-complex vitamin and I'd bet you'd exceed the effect of Alpha Brain.

Alphabrain is still pretty experimental I think. I bought two bottles, and I got ridiculously sick immediately after taking it, and it stopped when I stopped. I asked Aubry Marcus, the creator, and he said a lot of people in my batch had stronger AlphaBrain because of a mismeasurement. That really gave me a bad taste.
