Does Yuschak promote taking both choline bitartrate *and* alpha gpc? I thought he just suggested alpha gpc as the "best" choline to take with galantamine?
Have you found that your ability to lucid dream without these supplements has changed (improved or worsened?) once you started taking them?
If you don't have problem falling asleep, then you should not take melatonin. Since even small amounts may hinder lucid dreams.
AlphaGPC is also choline, but it I guess it kicks in later then choline. He suggests taking it, so it can take over, when choline is not at it's peak anymore, and you still need some choline.
