Kind of an off-beat topic (but not even close to that Cheese Induced Lucid Dream... wtf?!) but I was about to go shower and then consult the pillow and I got to thinking... does being clean post-shower pre-sleep effect anything? |

Showers are pretty darn relaxing. They say night showers are better for your pores. As for subconscious connotations with water... Hmm. Water is said to symbolize the unknown (in a different way than a forest, more like 'other dimension') or unconsciousness. That's how I learned it, at least. Of course, that doesn't deal with religious symbols of water (purity) or anything. With that said... Showers are pretty darn relaxing. I always take one before bed, just because it feels nice. |

Well I don't know about the womb bit, but relaxation is a major plus. You can set your intention as your taking your shower too. It might help. |
