For those with a ChatGPT Plus membership I created a GPT that can assist with scoring. For example if you put in your dreamjournal or the practices you did it will help figure out what each was worth and put together a list of what you scored for that day. It knows everything about the competition so you can ask it things like "Help me come up with my three step tasks" for example or whatever else you'd like to talk about.

Happy Easter!!

I went to bed early last night and woke up early for sunrise service this morning at my Church, and took diphenhydramine to help me sleep early. Diphenhydramine seems to suppress either my dreaming or my dream recall, and I don't remember anything from last night.

Spoiler for DILD:

I was with a DC and she said that she didn't want to do something because she couldn't know if everything isn't a dream. I remembered that I was doing v-deild just a moment ago and told her that everything was a dream.
Then happy that I got lucid, I wanted to try jumping from one wall to another, it was a too long jump to be possible irl. I was together with two DCs and the jumping target wasn't a wall but something like a big replica of a plane or a ship in museum. The first DC took the jump and slightly injured and hurt themselves and I got scared. I was still lucid but I knew pain was possible. When it was my turn, the gap shrunk and the jump became easy. After that, I climbed over the plane and then had to jump from its wheel. I lost lucidity and the dream continued non-lucid for some time.
