      First LD since joining DV

      I dont know if I should really count it because I was only lucid for about 2 seconds and didnt get to do anything. I was in the middle of a dream when I heard my sister telling me to wake up. I stopped and said this is a dream. Im lucid! Crap I have to get up... opened my eyes IRL
      I accept that my reality is always a dream so if something changes I know I'm right.

      Ive had LDs before This is just the first since joining dreamviews. I used to have them all the time and they have been really vivid and long. This one would have been if I didnt have to get up for school.

      yea, I know. your right, I havnt had an ld at a bad time yet but im sure I will eventually. you said you used to have ld's alot, what started this and what helped it?

      It started because I used to have the same dream almost every night. After a while I started recognize it and so I developed control from that dream and then after that i started realizing more dreams as just being dreams. I guess being young made it easier.

      If you are talking about help with control then just associating an idea with something else. I think mzzc is really big on that type of control.

      Well I changed my LD count to one. Yes I did get lucid. I wish I would have thought about the task of the month before waking up.

      from when I was Really young probably about 5 and then I cant remember the last time I had the dream.

      What i mean by associations I think its called Archetype control. Thinking about one thing brings up ideas of a bunch of other things. Say you watch DBZ all the time and you want to fly in a dream You just think of flying from DBZ to fly yourself. Or if you want to do something try picturing a video game controller.
