Sounds like a great start! I am sure the more you practice the better you will become at it. |

I started out like I was in CoD, so I remembered having a dream like that twice before so I assumed I was dreaming, did the nose breath and it passed. So I rubbed my hands together for like 10 seconds and yelled clarity now a lot, I have bad dream control. So I teleported to my house without meaning too, and so I decided to summon somebody, and failed terribly. This lasted around 1 minute and then I went non Lucid |

If you're feeling hungry, take a look at my friend's awesome food blog:

Congrats dude, I assume because your summoning failed you might have thought it was real life for a split second and lost lucidity, practise makes perfect! |

Great start; a lot better than my first lucid! I would suggest focusing on enhancing clarity first, before working on making the lucidity last longer. In my opinion, maintaining very clear lucidity for a very short time is a lot better than a very long, but fuzzy lucid. |
