So, I've told a little backstory about myself and my early lucid experiences in my previous thread here: http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/introd...iences-123361/
What next?
I have recently noticed that Wake Back To Bed seems to lead to lucid dreams quite effectively, even though I haven't done it intentionally yet, just happened to wake up early last couple of mornings and continued sleeping. This made me have multiple short lucid dreams (which were pretty unstable and little blurry though) and I was even able to continue my lucidity right after a false awakening, so I think my ability to spot dream signs has started to improve.
My dream recall has always been pretty good, and the next big thing would be learning to stabilize dreams more effectively and thus making them last longer (which has improved a little bit too)
However my biggest obsticles at this point are:
1. My highly irregular sleeping schedule
My bedtime can vary dramatically, one day i might fall asleep at 11pm and the next day at 3am, and it doesn't seem to matter whether I have woken up early or late that morning. This makes it kinda hard to plan ahead when attempting WBTB and WILD and such stuff.
2. I still live with my parents ( hopefully I'll get an own apartment soon ) and I'm usually the last one to wake up. And when everyone else is up making noise during those last hours of sleep, it makes my dreams much more fragile since I wake up from external sounds very easily.
3. I'm going in the army in two weeks ( ) So that might mess up my dreaming for at least the next 180 days. ALTHOUGH all that routine and early wake-ups might provide at least a temporary solution to the problem number one.
Nonetheless I'm gonna try WBTB this night and see what comes out of it, wish me luck!
