- I am a stay at home mom to a 5-year old boy and almost 3 year old boy/girl twins.
I have a BS in Psychology, didn't like the job market and eventually went back to school and got my BSN-RN in Nursing. Ironically not using either degree, right now!
I was pagan for a decade and was into AP/OBE, and meditated regularly. When I would meditate, I would get a lot of HI but never LD, I think I was close a few times. I naively thought that OBE and Lucid dreaming were basically the same.
I've been actively studying and practicing LD for almost 2 years now. I am averaging at least 3-4 LD's a week, but it seems to wax and wane. Like I'll have days straight of LD's and then a week of nothing.
I'm actually a natural when it comes to controlling the dream, but have poor stabilization skills. I'm practicing on increasing the lengths of my LD's, and my dream recall. I'm a very light sleeper, and have many micro-awakening's during the LD's so the dream recall becomes very jumbled. I remember regular dreams a lot easier.

I don't think that will work to be honest, as you will just write it down without really thinking about it, you might ask the question in a dream and not take it seriously.
