Even if it turns out that lucid dreaming is not what we thought it was, would that make a difference? I have experienced it for myself, they are very real for me at the moment, and the memory is...

I dislike most people because most people are boring at best, that's why I avoid talking to relatives, old friends and even my own family. I have a few friends and I felt a lot of love for them but...

I have been lucid dreaming since a little kid. And my problem is that 5% of my dreams are regular lucids, 2% of my dreams are non lucids and in 93% of them, I know that I am dreaming but I "don't do"...

Because I asked myself this question while I was in a dream. :P There is a lucid dream in a lucid dreamers journey that I call "The Lucid Dream". It is the dream that one actually becomes self...

I sort of agree with LDman that natural lucid dreamers weren't born with it. I say sort of because maybe there is a possibility that there is something about them that helps them pick up something...

From what I read a natural wasn't born with lucid dreaming, they learned it at a very young age because of frequent nightmares forcing them to identify those as dreams. They kept doing this and...

I think it becomes a habit, and lucid dreaming has a build up to it, once you start having more and more lucid dreams, you start to get used to it, and have them more frequently. I have them on and...

Never, never, never give up. Above all, the ONLY way to get high numbers of LDs is to never stop trying. Stop trying and you're GUARANTEED never to make it. The difficult part is for those who...

last night i had a dream i was riding a bike to a movie set for a new batman movie. i was going to be an extra. i sat down on a couch and talked with some of the actors. i received a script and saw that i was an extra henchman in a "vice gang". i introduced myself to one of the actors. he told me his name was "lee" and looked at me like i should know him. then he said his name was lee harvey oswald. i didn't realize who it was at the time but told him the name rang a bell. the dream transitioned into semi lucidity when i saw a piece of paper that told me to remember this dream when i woke up because i was dreaming. then i woke up. i feel like this dream is very significant but every time i tell someone they don't seem to care much. typical.
steve was driving me somewhere and we were talking and i tried to take pictures of some light up birds on my phone. they were flying high in the sky and they looked really cool. at first i thought they were fireflies. but steve told me they were birds. i wanted to take pictures of them with my phone. i started to try and then i noticed i could zoom in really close to them, and then turn the camera 360 degrees from that point. it was amazing. it was like i was flying with them. swooping over mountainous terrain and just gliding along. it was a really great dream. i'm not sure where steve was driving to or if i returned to the "car imagery" once i was flying with the birds.

multiple lucid dreams last night, they all occurred in a row. i really feel weird about the way i was able to stay in my lucid dream. i achieved the ability to stay inside the dream and experiment with all sorts of things. i also saw many eyed birds. i jumped off a cliff. flew. did all sorts of things. i remember exploring an area and flying over gently to see someone. i was also inside some sort of obstacle course in my mind. it was very exciting. i am not sure the "key" to staying inside the lucid dream. but i had definitely achieved it. it was wonderful!
the strange thing about these dreams is that they were basically WILD (wake induced lucid dreams) where i went from being aware and awake straight into the dream realm.
i also believe i met and talked to my "dream guide" when he/she was in male form. it was really an experience. i asked them who they were and they said something i can't really remember… that they were "just a man" or something like that.
the whole experience was amazing! i'm feeling like i've made a huge step on my path towards being a true lucid dreamer!
