First night after listening to this, I had a nightmare which worries me quite a bit since I thought I worked up an immunity against them, could be just a random occurrence or it could be from the track since I didn't do anything else out of the ordinary.

Oh, I'm guessing you didn't actually do the recording yourself (I was just watching some Igor Ledochowski vids on youtube,) so disregard the technical suggestions. I do still wonder about reinforcing the forgetfulness upon waking, though. I'd like to hear your thoughts on that.

I might drop out of this... As the other's said, this seems to be an introduction that needs to be listened to only once. For me, its really hard to remember to listen to this each night just because I know I will hear the same thing that I already know...

I have the same concernes, I don't like that part, I always repeat to myself "I remember my dreams" when I get to that part. My late morning recall however does not seem affected by it.

I like the guys's voice, however, I find it very soothing and in a quiet environment it can put me out like a light. Several times at the end of the track I had rather vivid and wild HI (big purple rotating spiral, once).

I sort of wish instead of "bringing you out" of it at the end, he led you into sleep into a dream.

Just to clarify, this HYPNOTIC track is designed for YOU to be able to go into trance very quick. It has worked on others, you are the second group of testers If you have patience, I'll release the method after 21 days. Hope it will work. After all it is just a research, but until now it had 85 percent success

Okay. Well if it's supposed to make it easier for us to get into a trance, I must say it does work! I can get into a trance within seconds now!

Aproximatively 17 out of 20 trials resulted in full lucidity.

Full lucidity, how many times per person? With what resulting sustained frequency boost? For how long afterwards were their progress tracked? Etc....thanks!

Frequency boost? It ended a dry spell, so you could say 100%. The progress was tracked immediately upon waking

I'm trying to figure out what you call "success." One lucid dream? On the same night as the self-hypnosis? Or what?

What about improvements that stick with you forever, like moving from X LDs per month to 2X LDs per month (just an example). Do you have any data of "success" along those lines?

Yeah - for calling it research - the actual information content in here is more than meagre.
I suppose we do not get to hear the LDing part, to prevent people from starting with it too early? Hm. We are grown up, though, are we not?
Would it not be so, that we would listen to it to find out what it is exactly, and then get back to doing the intro thing?
It is weird - leap of faith style - I do not think, that many people will follow through with it. You say it needs to be done consecutively, ZippLord. Not a day pause.
Is anybody in here still on track like this?

My main and initial problem - I don't like the text of the track - for the supposed purpose - it seems less than optimal.
For example why do I have to hear about somebody having had a dentist-experience for 21 times?
It's sort of annoying. Same with the student, or what it was.
We do already know, that hypnosis works - at least almost all who are taking part here do, I guess.
What do I know, if such a thing might be effective in some way, though? Nothing overly much, of course.
But I really do like the voice!

If it was me, doing research - I would not only initially have presented my complete outlay, specified my prior results - painstakingly, if somebody would signal deeper interest. I would also have posted my track in here directly, not only per pm, and I would have probably posted both, the LDing one as well. Finally I would have invited people to ask me the questions which they might have directly here.

And I would have cleared up these:

Did you write the text for the intro track and LDing one, respectively?
Did you speak one or both of them, or none?

Now Fryingman has repeatedly signalled, that he wants more detail - heck - all the details. And so do I. Now why do I get a sense of dodging here? At the least of scientific unprofessionalism? Why all the holding back?

I am inclined to dismiss any numbers presented only under repeated pressuring - and wishi-washily.
When sensing shabby science - I tend to get a bit unpleasant. Of course I do not know, if I sense correctly here.
But I would be delighted to find out otherwise - maybe ZippLord just doesn't like posting or something!?

Well, day 16 of 21, so we will see soon if it works or not. The more I listen to it the more I feel like breaking the teeth of that dentist patient . My conscious mind already disconnects when I put the track.

I found the content sort of annoying at first (dentist, law student [I mean, he's not repeating the *same* exam that he's going to take in real life 60 times, now is he!?]), but now it doesn't bother me, I think it all "sets the stage" so to speak. The only thing I really dislike is the "forgetting dreams upon waking" part which I generally "talk over" myself to say "I remember my dreams." About half the time I'm almost unconscious when listening anyway. I'm at 14/21 BTW.

      Okaay. Thanks for that!
So - this might really work after all - looking forward to your further experiences.
If you will later say, that yes - you fall into trance super-easily, and then can use the other script to great effect -
well then I'll probably start out with it once more!

      Is ZippLord47 coming back?
This is actually the reason I was reluctant to commit to 21 days, without having the next step already available.
I'll happily get back on track and commit to 21 days straight if the actual induction method is definitely made available.
It's happened before on DV that people commit to an experiment and the organiser disappears halfway through.

      Anyone heard from Zipplord?

Seems a shame that after 21 days there was nothing accomplished nothing except being bored out of your mind by a repetitive track.

If I were you - I would search for other lucid dreaming self-hypnosis tracks now - or scripts.

I started with reading scripts to myself out loud - but it bored me to death. Even while thinking that I had some pretty nice results initially I stopped doing it. Last time I stopped mid-script.
I'll also go about searching or recording an audio track instead one fine day. And maybe you have indeed lain down the basis now for being easily self-hypnotizable now.
Don't let that go to waste I would say!
      Maybe look into this: http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...ripts-use.html
