      So I am back. Sorry for my absence, I was VERY VERY BUSY. But now i m on holiday. I have already sent to 3 users the short induction method, and i'm waiting for their response. Anyone else?

      Ok so everyone got the 2nd script. After reading some previous entries on this page, I say this: the endless complains about the boredom of that 30 minute induction are irelevant because every respectable hypnotist will tell you that you should listen to ANY hypnotic track for 21 days. Search that if you do not believe me. Anyway I realized that there are only 334 persons who finished the 1st phase. Did I miss someone? Or did the rest of you abandon me?

      Sorry dude, but I think a lot of people lost faith when you disappeared for a while and left them hanging.
      21 days x 30 minutes distraction-free is a lot to ask of busy people, especially if you withhold the end product and expect blind faith from your subjects.
      People have wasted a lot of time on previous DV experiments that got abandoned by their creators halfway, so it's understandable that people might be reluctant to commit.
      It sounds like a few have followed through with it though, so I'll be interested to hear reports from those who've received the second file.

      Another suggestion would be to have people report in the thread, rather than via PM.
      It will keep people interested in following everyone's progress, and it will bump your thread up to get more views/attention from other members.

      Who else could you have recruited in such numbers - or rather what is the actual number of people having done phase one and two respectively?

      I read the script and need to review it again so that know it well enough to do it without needing to consult it during the WBTB, and need to look up the arm thing.

      Ok everyone. I decided to Fully implement the Dreamer s idea. So from now on everyone should report here. Not via PM anymore.

      Second script update:
      I think that this one has a compounding Effect. So do this one last thing before sleep and another during a WBTB. Make sure the WBTB is done 2 hours before final wakeup.
      Note: if someone else wants to try this, I ll post the 1st script here. However if you wish to skip it, You are Allowed. I will post and make the 2nd script public.i realized that there are many experts in meditation field who do not engage in such preparations.

      2nd script there
      Ok so first of all, this method should be done AFTER a WBTB(the later, the better).
      Step-by-step method:
      1.*Preparation: You prepare your mind to go into a hypnotic trance. You do that bysitting(not lying)*down. After that you take 2 deep breeaths. You say to yourself: I am going to go into a hypnotic trance for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes, I will go out of trance. During the 7 minutes, if someone or something needs my attention, I will wake up, feeling alert, and ready to deal with the problem.
      2.*Induction: you have to go into a hypnotic trance/alpha level where you program your unconcious. You do that by doing the (in)famous arm levitation(one of the best inductions). You can search the web for this induction or you can do my simplified version. You lift your right arm quickly, then you put it down. You lift it again, and then you put it down. This time pay attention to what muscles are involved in the motion. Then lift it again slower this time. Do many repetitions until you lift it VERY slowly, as if you would not be sure if it is you who lifts the arm. After that, lift the arm, ONLY with your intent(unconciously). Do that by COMMANDING the unconcious to lift the right arm: Lift my right arm, lift my right arm. Visualize it. After a few seconds the arm will lift by itself. When that happens, close your eyes. Then, COMMAND your unconcious to put your right arm down: put the right arm down, down, down. When it reaches your lap, you're in a hypnotic trance.
      3.*Programming: Say to yourself: When I dream, I realize that I'm dreaming. Repeat this statement 10 times, visualizing yourself becoming lucid.
      4.*Drifting: Let your mind drift. Think at whatever you want, WHATEVER thought you have in mind, only NOT to lucid dreaming. This serves as a barrier so that you concious mind can t interfere with your affirmations. After a while, affirm to yourself that you're feeling calm, peaceful and happy.
      5.*Trance termination: Terminate the trance. Do that by saying: I will count up from 1 to 5. When I reach 5, I will open my eyes, and I will be alert, calm, peaceful, happy, feeling fantastic. 1, coming up slowly, 2, becoming more aware of my surroundings, 3, starting to move my legs and arms a little bit, 4, streching my arms and legs and 5 eyes wide open, feeling alert, calm, peaceful, happy,and fantastic. After that, fall asleep ASAP.

      Secrets to success: Let it go. Don t be concerned if you're doing it wrong or right. Remember, this is a TEST, a RESEARCH PROJECT.
      FOCUS. JUST FOCUS. If you find youself wandering, that s just fine, go along with the self hypnosis routine. Imagine the thoughts are clouds, and they will pass away. Imagine they are people who are talking when YOU are talking, and the will SHUT UP eventually. DO NOT TRY TO DISMISS THEM BRUTALLY because they won t go away. Just be easygoing, and they will fade away themselves.
      ALWAYS SAY POSITIVe AFFIRMATIONS, AS THE UNCONCIOUS DOES NOT UNDERSTAND NEGATIVE WORDS. You may notice that some hypnosis scripts(if you have ever listened to one of them) have negations, but in fact they are advanced techniques extracted from something called the MILTON MODEL, programming, IRONICALLY, your mind in a positive way. But don t complicate with this thing. Just be posistive.

      Ok, well I finally did this during a proper WBTB, and indeed I got lucid afterwards! In fact it may be my favorite LD to date. I did 3 TOTMs, with total success on 1 (with bonus), It was not scientifically clean, since at the same WBTB I performed Dreamer-MILD and took 20 drops of wormwood tincture. I also felt the arm lift was not unconscious but I got tired of lifting my arm up and down, so I just "decided" that I'd succeeded at the arm lift and went on to the mantra.
