      Exclamation Conspiracy!

      Why is it that a majority (if not all) of DV's Tech admins are Scottish? Are the Scots making eeeeeviiil plans to sabotage our beloved DV? WHAT COULD IT MEAN???

      Yes, there's only one Scottish tech admin and he replaced slash112, who was also a Scot. There's a very simple explanation for this. Slash brought ShockWave here to serve as his replacement while he ran off into the sunset with his new lady friend, never to return. Slash played his part, and now ShockWave has been ushered in to fulfill his duty in eternal service of DV.

      ...that is, until someone stabs his heart and releases him from the curse, consequently volunteering themselves for the role.
