As long as you feel good it's fine. A person your age statistically should have enough sleep from 8 hours, but it is very relative.
But I know this - the first rule of staying healthy is to have a lots of sleep.
Is it possible for you to have a nice nap during day time?

Your internal clock might be slightly different than normal, due to going to bed so late at night (er, early in the morning). Different people need different amounts of sleep, so like Ade said, if you feel fine and refreshed with 7 hours, stick with that number.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
