Hey everyone! I made this thread because I need some serious help... my rythm has been terrible lately. I quit college because the study didn't suit, so I'm going to follow a physics course starting april the 8th and then do a physics study next year. So I have free time on my hands, but the thing is I can't get a job right now. It's too hard where I live and I'm trying all the time but no one's replying *sigh*. So now I end up going to bed around 3am every night and waking up at around 12-1pm.

I have a feeling it's fucking me up severely... excuse my language. Would anyone please give me some tips on how I can fix this? I've tried going to bed early but I just lay still for 2 hours.
