This happens to me, if I'm just being lazy around house, doing nothing physically or mentally draining. So I don't get sleepy by decent time, go to bed late, wake up late, and the vicious circle continues. |

Hey everyone! I made this thread because I need some serious help... my rythm has been terrible lately. I quit college because the study didn't suit, so I'm going to follow a physics course starting april the 8th and then do a physics study next year. So I have free time on my hands, but the thing is I can't get a job right now. It's too hard where I live and I'm trying all the time but no one's replying *sigh*. So now I end up going to bed around 3am every night and waking up at around 12-1pm. |

Thanks gab! Well simply going to bed earlier will just leave me lying awake for hours. And I don't really have a purpose atm, so no motivation to get up earlier. I'm kind of stuck here. I feel sooo incredibly tired in the morning. |

You can reset your internal clock two ways. One is by exposing your body to sunshine, making you sleep at night. The other is the food clock. You can reboot your internal clock (and bypass the "sunshine" clock) by resetting your food clock. |

That sounds like something that would do well for me. It's gonna be hard stuffing food. Food also plays a big part indeed, a fact I hadn't considered myself. |
