Curious Question

Anyone else attempting WILD feel like they can't breath? Every time I do it an whenever I am lucky enough to get into SP I feel like my chest is heavy and I can't get enough air. Just wondering if anyone else was willing to share their thoughts.

I've only ever WILDed once, but I've heard that SP makes you lose some control over your breathing, i.e. the muscles you use to breath are not under the control of your conscious mind.

I know what you mean. Every time I WILDed when I was younger my heart would start to beat really fast and it would become hard to breath. Now however I just relax (I know it is hard. It takes time) and now I do not get these feelings and I am more aware of my breathing. I also have to say it does help me to relax a bit knowing what it means to WILD now though

ya, i keep trying but same thing. I've tried it at least 10 times, more likely around 20 or 30 though. I've never done it successfully though. I have tons of dilds. But oh well.
