      Question about anchor(s) ?

Lately I read a lot of stuff about how to wild and it's said to use an anchor. Now I'm not quit sure what it means (something that keep our awareness on?) anyway... I was hopping to get more info on that and also I'd like to know what is your anchor cuz I only know the ones listedhttp://www.dreamviews.com/f79/mzzkcs...-guide-105484/ here

Yeah, WILD is basically falling asleep while maintaining your awareness as your body goes into sleep mode (then a dream).

I tried listening to white noise (there's a free app for the ipod/iphone), and it really helped me relax but still maintain consciousness. It got me half-out of my horrible WILD dryspell, and I'm hoping to break through it tonight, entirely.

Listening to the ticking of a clock is also a good one; it can keep your mind awake but it's also relaxing to listen to - then again, it can drive some people crazy. It's all about preference so it can take some tries to figure out which anchor works best for you.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
