Question Difficulty with WBTB - WILD

So I went to sleep after giving up on a wild attempt and
      I woke up at around 5:30. I didn't have class until 12:00
so I decided to attempt a WILD then because a lot of
people here say it is easier to do it when you wake up in
the middle of the night. So I laid down on my back, arms
crossed like I usually do getting ready to attempt the WILD
techniques I have seen here. About 5 seconds after I
began my breathing and counting I felt the most uncomfortable
feeling I have ever felt in my entire life. I can't even describe
it, it was like a tightness like the feeling in the pit of your
stomach when you are falling but everywhere. It was nearly
impossible to stay in this position and it kept causing me to
      involuntarily fidget and such.

What is this? And how can I get past it? I really want
to try this but it is so difficult to keep my body still.
This doesn't happen when I lay down to attempt it around
5 - 6 in the afternoon ( nap ). Any advice would be greatly
      appreciated.

      Thanks
      ~Wes

I would say it's a very strong roll over signal, it may not be very helpful but try not to move at all and then you're body should enter sleep paralysis

I used to find the urge not to move excruciating painful mentally. I could forcr myself to do it and then I would get an itch and the mental stress of the itch would be too overpowering. I switched to WILD methods that are done immediately upon awakening after going to sleep having done WBTB. Much, much easier and free of the mental pain.

Please click on the links below, more techniques under investigation to come soon...

having also had much more success at getting, enjoyable, controlable dreams after waking up in the morning, it makes me wonder if anyone has ever tried anything like salvia as soon as they woke up? it might be completely free of the weird imagery that puts people off. its so odd how when you do it in the morning there is never any kind of fear of being able to just go straight into a dream, yet when i used to try at other times, something always holds you back

I dunno, Its freaky but I kinda like the hypnagogics I've experienced. They're so... intriguing.
I've never heard anything quite like a hypnagogic sound. I don't know why but I can't get
enough of it. So I guess it does entertain me while I'm trying to WILD. Gets rid of the boredom
      factor
