So I went to sleep after giving up on a wild attempt and
I woke up at around 5:30. I didn't have class until 12:00
so I decided to attempt a WILD then because a lot of
people here say it is easier to do it when you wake up in
the middle of the night. So I laid down on my back, arms
crossed like I usually do getting ready to attempt the WILD
techniques I have seen here. About 5 seconds after I
began my breathing and counting I felt the most uncomfortable
feeling I have ever felt in my entire life. I can't even describe
it, it was like a tightness like the feeling in the pit of your
stomach when you are falling but everywhere. It was nearly
impossible to stay in this position and it kept causing me to
involuntarily fidget and such.

What is this? And how can I get past it? I really want
to try this but it is so difficult to keep my body still.
This doesn't happen when I lay down to attempt it around
5 - 6 in the afternoon ( nap ). Any advice would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks
