I woke up at 10:00 today, and laid down for a nap about an hour ago (2:00). I was so relaxed that even though it took almost an hour, I started getting vibrations. They were full-body ones that just suddenly hit and stayed, growing bigger. I was on my side, as with the majority of my SP episodes, and it felt like I was being shaken violently (but uniformly) up and down, off the bed.
No covers-getting-pulled-off-me hallucinations, which was good.
The thing is, I'm real happy that I got SP, but the vibrations lasted for maybe two minutes and then went away, even though I just ignored them and didn't do anything different. Nothing happened after that - no HI or anything, so I got up, did some RCs, and no dream.
When I go for SP in a nap, the lighting in my room is pretty bright; if it isn't, I find it a bit harder to reach SP. I always seem to snap out of the episode within a few minutes though! My eyes were closed the whole time, so I'm guessing it's not the brightness, but maybe...?
