I need help with entering sleep paralysis.

You see, I get fully relaxed and I don't move at all. Then I start counting down from 100. If I don't go into sleep paralysis by then I start over and count down from 100 again.

But you see, the problem is that I always end up falling asleep.

      What do I do?

      Hi there my friend,
Aside from counting 1-100,there's a lot of ways in how you can prevent yourself from sleeping while WILDing. What I often do is I listen to the external sounds around me. The ticking of the wall clock, the spinning of the fan, the passing of cars. There's a lot of external sounds around you that you can use as an advantage in your part.

Feel free to reply back and hope this helps

You can try counting prime factors backwards. Lol. Twist your frontal lobes a little bit by doing a little arithmetic. Or pretty much anything that'll keep your mind active. But take it easy, the thing is you just need to relax. I agree with weakamon, pay attention to your auditory senses.
Tell me what time it is, say that it's a dream, and embrace me.

How about drink coffee before you do WILD? All we need is just patient to trick the brain that our body is asleep.

The point of WILD is to actually WILD not to enter SP you do not have to enter SP to WILD.
I like to focus on my breathing repeating in my head in out or 1 2 in time with my breathing you just need to find what works best for you

I honestly am unsure of the last time I had noticeable sleep paralysis. It seems that mine is relatively weak. I'll try to get out of bed and my actions are just delayed shortly. Not a big deal, I don't think, anybody else?

Best guide there is for getting in the N1 N2 and N3 stages of nrem (ie what some people wrongly refer to as SP) http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/mind-a...utorial-42271/ . By not moving any bodypart, not even your eyes, your brain should stay awake by the constant messages being sent by your brain telling you to move.
