      Question for WILDers

I have a question for you guys who WILD.

So when I WILD I do a V-WILD which is when you visualize a dream scene while you attempt a WILD and that's how I transfer from awake to a dream. (That's bascally what I use as an anchor).

But for those of you who concentrate on your breaths or do some sort of counting etc, how do you transfer to a dream? Does a dream scene randomly form around you? Do you just know when your in a dream and get out of bed to start your lucid dream adventure? Or what?

      I'm curious to know.

      Thanks!

Most of my WILDs have been before I hit SP so I barely ever experience and HI or HH. One second i'm meditating and the next second i'm standing infront of something, like a restaurant table. Bizzare, huh?!

LOL seriously fOrceez? That is so awesome! How does it happen? Like wtf? You don't experience ANY sensations? Maybe you just aren't noticing them. Whatever, that's so cool haha.

Nah, not much at all. A few times I've experienced some "whooshing" noises when I transition over into the dream, but because I don't hit sleep paralysis for my WILD, I got get and hallucinations.

Here's the outline of it: http://www.dreamviews.com/f12/successful-wild-125351/
Most of the time I get up for an hour or so and then go back to bed, sometimes I'll lay there and just meditate myself into a dream, or I'll give up and then roll over and try to go to sleep. Over 60% of the times, if i'm trying to go back to sleep normally, I might even get myself into an unintentional WILD due to how I fall asleep normally.
When I fall asleep normally, I kinda "shut off" my brain into a trance-like meditation state. For my actual WILD attempts, I put more awareness into it. From the WBTB and prior sleep, it makes me sleepy but not quite sleepy enough to drop right into a deep sleep.

Haha, this was kinda messy but i'm not sure how else to explain it

Sometimes I abruptly find myself within a dream environment. And Sometimes I will feel like I am still lying in bed awake, until I move an arm or leg and realize it is not physical movement.
      It's all in your head.

I get into the transition (vibrations) and wait for them to pass. Once they fade, I open my eyes and I'm in my room, dreaming.
We were always dreaming of how it was going to be.
