Just going to bump this. |
|
I've found in my recent experiences of WILDing that I either fall to sleep very steeply and reach the brink of sleep paralysis quite quickly, I experience a hypnic jerk, my heart is pounding and I then find it very difficult to relax/concentrate and eventually fall asleep unconscious. |

ya same here, never have been able to cross the magical WILD threshold. But I'm not experienced, it would be great to see the answer for this though. |

How much sleep prior to your WBTB do you have? |

5-7 hours or afternoon nap. |

I have been successful several times with 1-2 h of prior sleep. It might work, but maybe try changing your WBTB. I am not very experienced, so I am not going to say much, but I have found that changing my WBTB has helped a bit. |

I'm going to try staying up longer for my WBTB, hopefully it'll give me more control over how quickly I fall asleep. |
