Well there were other old threads like this, but the phenomena have not yet been solved. So I decided to give it a shot again. This happens some of my WILDs and DEILDs. It's highly annoying since it is kind a holding me back from these vivid dreams. I can't concentrate for the fear of waking up. Thus I'm not fully experiencing the dream itself.

Is there a way to prevent this?
